Get your college information now!

It only takes a minute.

An Everest education will give you knowledge, skills and experience that you can use for the rest of your life. And as more employers demand a training certificate or college degree instead of just a high school diploma, Everest can be your key to a better future.

Traditional universities are not always an option for today’s busy students. You need the flexibility to take classes when and where you want. Your time is important and we make it possible for you to balance work and family responsibilities all while earning your degree online.

  • Accreditation

Everest’s accreditation shows the strength of our academic programs and instruction. Accreditation means that our online school is recognized as a qualified institution of higher learning with approved programs of study that meet recognized academic standards. Learn how our accreditation benefits you.

  • Distinguished faculty

Everest instructors are skilled educators with strong academic backgrounds. All instructors have years of professional work experience. This combination provides you with a rich learning experience.

  • National recognition

Everest has campuses across the United States. When you join an Everest online degree program, you’re part of a national community of students. Our family of Everest graduates and students are all over the country, which shows the strength of our community.

  • Career-focused education

We concentrate on providing you with career-focused education. Our instructors are professionals in their field, and can provide you with insights that you can’t get out of a textbook.

  • Friendly and supportive learning environment

We have a supportive learning environment by allowing students to work together on group projects, and by providing one-on-one interaction with your instructor. You can get feedback for your coursework as well as advice from other students.

  • Live 24/7 student support

As an online student, you study when you have time. So we have a hotline you can call anytime to get technical help. You will also have a student services coordinator who will provide you with guidance and support throughout the life of your program.

  • Flexible classes

Some online schools rush you through a four-week class. We’ve found this causes unneeded strain and stress on students. It also doesn’t provide a good learning environment. Our classes are the same as our ground campus version. You have the same amount of time to complete your work as if you were in the classroom, except you study when and where you want.

  • Career placement services

We provide all our students with career placement services. We want you to get the career support you need when finding a job. Our Career Services team can help you with your resume, interviewing skills, and finding a job in your area. And since we have campuses across the country, employers know the quality of our graduates.

  • Accelerated learning

Many of our students can finish their degree program quickly because they can pass proficiency exams in certain courses. You may be able to transfer credits from previous college courses so that you can complete the program in a faster timeframe. Talk to your Everest representative for information about credits tansfers.

  • Diverse community

Everest has a diverse group of online students. Some students love spending time interacting with the instructor and other students through online discussion threads or chat rooms. Other students prefer to just log on, get their assignments and meet the minimum participation requirements. It’s up to you.

Our students invest valuable time and resources in their educational programs, as they strive to create a better future for themselves and their families. We are helping students reach their educational goals and reduce student loan debt in a number of ways, including tuition reductions, institutional grants and scholarships.

As part of our financial literacy program, we have teamed up with Solutions, a service provided by Zenith’s nonprofit parent, Educational Credit Management Corporation (ECMC). Students are encouraged to use Solutions as a resource as often as needed — these services are at no additional cost and include:

  • Answers to your federal student loan questions
  • Information on your loan servicer
  • Clear explanations of all your federal student loan repayment options
  • Information on how to reduce or postpone your monthly payment

We also participate in various federal and state student financial assistance programs. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.

Everest is in the process of transitioning its primary accreditation a new national accrediting body, and expects that process to be complete in early 2017.

Currently, Everest is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) to award diplomas, associates, bachelors and masters degrees. However, as of December 12, 2016, ACICS is no longer recognized by the Department of Education. ACICS is located at 750 First Street, NE, Suite 980, Washington, D.C. 20002-4223; (202) 336-6780.

Everest has 18 months following the December 12, 2016 loss of its Department-recognized accrediting agency (i.e., until June 12,2018), to find a new accrediting agency to maintain eligibility to receive funds under Title IV, HEA program. If Everest does not obtain accreditation within that 18 month period, the institution would no longer be eligible to receive funds under Title IV, HEA programs. As noted above, Everest anticipates accreditation under a new accrediting body well before this 18 month deadline.

Any student who has a complaint relating to Title IV eligibility or administration, the quality of education received at Everest, or otherwise relating to the accreditation standards of its former accrediting agency can submit that complaint to the School directly and/or to any of the following:

Notice to students and prospective students: Everest’s campuses in Brandon, Pompano Beach, and South Orlando have been placed on probation by their accreditor, the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (“ACICS”) based on retention and placement rates reported to ACICS in 2014 and 2015.
